The Company will perform audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standard by adhering to the principles of planning and operating in order to gain reasonable assurance that the financial statements present information that is not misleading to material facts. Audits by the Company include the use of evidence-based testing methods, both the amount and the disclosure of material information in the financial statements as well as assessing the appropriateness of the presentation of the items presented in the financial statements as a whole.
